I am so honored and so happy that you are here!

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Coach, with a degree in Psychology. My passion is happiness. Movement gets me there. It became my dream to make the world a happier place, so I decided to grow FreeBird from the heart of knowing that movement creates happiness. I have taught at CorePower Yoga since 2016, and created FreeBird Fitness in 2017. I have had the privilege of training high school teams and sharing with teens how empowering it is to move your body, and how to move from a space of love for our bodies rather than punishment. I have taught many personal training and private yoga sessions, taught school teachers and kiddos yoga and fitness in the classroom, lead in-person and virtual yoga and fitness classes for companies in the work place, and have created a family of FreeBirds through WIP, Workout In the Park. 2020 brought the opportunity to build our online membership community, which has been such a joy to watch expand because of so many incredible people.

I truly believe that every time we move and breathe together, we create a positive energy that is then brought into the world with us, making the world a happier place! I am passionate about designing classes created for every fitness level, every age, and every unique FreeBird. Whether it is virtual or in a park, in your living room or in a big group, I would be so honored to help empower you to love your body, guide you through movement, and feel happier TOGETHER!
